Controversial Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing Sunday has made the headlines once again after she shared dildos as souvenirs at her mother’s death anniversary celebration.

KanyiDaily recalls that on September 23, 2021, the actress announced the death of her mother, Mrs. Gloria Sunday Obasa, with well-wishers sending condolences.

Nkechi looked traumatized at her mother’s burial on October 16. The actress also slumped during the event as she called out to her late mum, asking her to come back to life.

On Sunday, September 25, 2022, the actress pulled a surprise dildo stunt during an event she organized to mark her mother’s one-year death anniversary.

In a video circulating on social media, Nkechi was seen giving out a plastic penis in a souvenir package before she proceeded to call on single or divorced women in the crowd, charging them to make use of the sex toy.

She said, “I am not trying to say men are scum cos I have a man, but you sometimes need to help yourself when you don’t have a man.

“This is my souvenir for the single ladies here. Help yourself if you don’t have a man. If you know you’re single and proud, let me see your hands.”

The act has since sparked an uproar on social media with many condemning and criticizing the actress for choosing to disrespect her late mum.
