Nigerian singer, Timi Dakolo has asserted that reducing one’s value is not humility.
Dakolo stated this on his official twitter handle on Monday morning, September 26.
According to him, asking for what one deserves is not pride.
He wrote, “Reducing your value is not humility. Asking for what you deserve is not pride.”
It is not clear what informed the singer’s tweet, it may just have been a random thought.
Dakolo, born January 20, 1981 is a singer, songwriter and music producer. He emerged winner of the inaugural season of Idols West Africa in 2007.
