Veteran Nigerian Rapper, Eedris Abdulkareem Returns Home After Kidney Transplant

Veteran Nigerian rapper, Eedris Abdulkareem has been discharged from the hospital after undergoing a successful kidney transplant.

Kanyi Daily recalls that Abdulkareem had in July, announced that he was diagnosed with kidney failure and undergoing dialysis.

The rapper’s revelation prompted financial support and concerns from his fans and other celebrities.

He had also revealed that his wife, Yetunde will be his kidney donor.

Last month, August, his record label, Lakreem entertainment announced that the singer’s transplant was successful.

Days after he took to his Instagram handle to pen down a note of appreciation to Yetunde for donating her kidney to him. He added that he will always love, cherish and adore her.

Abdulkareem also thanked God and all the people involved in making the surgery a successful operation.

Taking to his official Instagram handle on Friday, September 23 in a new update, Abdulkareem disclosed that he has been discharged from the hospital and is now back home.

“It’s good to be back home. To God be the Glory, Alhamdulillah,” he wrote.
