The Chief Imam of Oyo, Sheikh Mashood Abdul Ganiyy Adebayo Ajokidero III has died.
Adebayo Ajokidero passed away in the early hours of Thursday.
According to a family source, “As salaam alaykum. InnaLillah wainna Ilaihu raajiun. We Announce The Demise of the Grand Chief Imam Of Oyo. May Almighty Allah grant him Jannatul Firdaus. Amen”.
At the time of this report, details about the death of the Islamic cleric are still scanty.
