I Have Never Given Money To My Mother Because I Won’t Be Blessed – Daddy Freeze

Nigerian media personality, Daddy Freeze, has revealed that he has never given money to his because she does not need it.

The media personality, who disclosed this on his Facebook page, said he would rather give money to poor people than his wealthy parents because there is no blessing attached to it.

Freeze further explained that the blessings for giving to parents only come when the parents are poor and struggling.

He wrote: “There is no blessing in giving your rich parents money. The blessing is when you give to the poor. If your parents are struggling then you are blessed when you give them money or assist them. ‘Honor your father & mother’ should not be monetized!”

Freeze also reacted to a post by a lawmaker, Akin Alabi, who stated that it is only a mother who has no life that wants her son to prioritize her over his wife.

“A mother that has a life will not even want you to prioritize her over your wife,” Alabi wrote.

In response, Freeze said that there is no way that his mother who is the Professor of Law and the Vice Chancellor of Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti(ABUAD), will have time to interfere in his family matter.

He mentioned his mother is too busy with her career and doing well financially.

“Shey na my mama wey be Professor of Law, Vice Chancellor of ABUAD wan get time put mouth for my matter?

“Sometimes one week sef, my mama never pick my call..?

“My mother is too busy with her career and doing well financially.

“I have never, as a matter of fact, given my mother money before. The woman hold her side pieces…” Daddy Freeze said.
