The Delta State Police Command on Friday, sent a strong message to Nigerians regarding the use of Automated Teller Machines (ATM) to withdraw cash.
In a tweet on his handle, the Delta State Police command warned Nigerians not to give their ATM cards to anybody to help them withdraw money no matter the situation.
According to the Delta State Police Command, the complaints lately are alarming.
It called on everyone to be vigilant, adding that just the way people go to the bank with good intentions, others also go there with evil intentions too.
The tweet reads, “Please no matter what, don’t give anybody your ATM to withdraw money for you. The complaints lately are alarming.
“Just the way you go to the bank with good intentions, we also have others who are there with evil intentions. Please be vigilant.”
Meanwhile, Kanyi Daily reported that Nigerian singer, Timi Dakolo has called on Nigerians to be wary of the kind of religious gatherings they attend.
He stated this in a tweet on his handle on Friday.
According to him, Nigerians should avoid religious gatherings which only see negativity.
