A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos State on Monday, stopped the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from engaging the services of the chairman of the Lagos Parks and Garages, Musiliu Akinsanya, popularly known as MC Oluomo, to distribute election materials in the state.
This followed the prayer of the Labour Party (LP) which sought an order to bar INEC from using MC Oluomo, from distributing election materials in Lagos.
Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke granted the prayer of the LP.
This is a developing story. More details will be added shortly.
