Davido, who recently released his fourth studio album ‘Timeless,’ disclosed this during an interview with Beat FM, after Wizkid described him as his brother and urged his fans to listen to the album.
Speaking on their relationship during the interview, Davido revealed that Wizkid always calls him every week to check up on him.
He further revealed that their teams are discussing a potential joint tour in 2023, adding that a musical collaboration between the both of them is hugely feasible.
“I would be lying to you if I tell you that (the tour) is not in the talks. It”s looking like next year. I think me and Wiz are probably going to drop a record. Shout out to my brother. He literally calls me every week and checks on me. Shout out to Wiz,” Davido said.
KanyiDaily recalls that Wizkid had earlier demonstrated his unalloyed love for Davido when he revealed on social media that he would embark on a tour with the Afrobeats star.
