Veteran Nollywood actress, Rita Edochie has dispelled rumours that her colleague and nephew, Yul Edochie has separated from his first wife, May.

Rita debunked the rumours in an Instagram post on her handle on Saturday.

The actress, who has been a strong support system and encouragement for May, stressed that there is no divorce between Yul and May.

Rita Edochie wrote, “No divorce between Queen May Yul Edochie and her husband, Yul Edochie.

My great people in the world, Queen May Yul Edochie believes that any spell casted on the husband of her youth will surely expire someday.

She will speak up after mourning her late son, Kambili. I still thank you all for the passionate love for our family and most especially the only verified and known wife of Yul Edochie, Queen May Yul Edochie.

“I am convinced that those calling for her divorce are either not married or are from a broken home.”

The divorce rumours began after the actor shared videos of himself and his second wife, Judy Austin, on Facebook, weeks after the death of Kambilinachukwu, the first son he welcomed with May.

Recall that Kanyi Daily reported that Kambilinachukwu died on March 30th at the age of 16.

The 16-year-old reportedly collapsed while playing football in school.

He was immediately rushed to the hospital where he was confirmed dead.

Meanwhile, Yul Edochie has taken to social media to express his admiration for his second wife, Judy Austin.

Taking to his Facebook page, he shared a video showcasing Judy Austin getting ready with glamour and elegance at what seems like a movie set.
