Taking to Twitter to commemorate their enduring union, Tunde shared a heartfelt message.
Reflecting on their wedding day on June 26, 1998, Tunde fondly remembered how Wunmi looked into his eyes and lovingly said, “Emi ni ma lo e gbo” (meaning “I will manage you”). And here they are, standing strong together. Tunde expressed his gratitude, stating, “Mo ti gbo, oh!” (meaning “I have heard you”). He also lovingly requested Wunmi to continue managing him in that special way. Tunde concluded his message by declaring his unwavering love for his sweetheart, stating, “I love you to the moon & back.”
As they reach this remarkable milestone, the couple’s love and commitment serve as an inspiration to many. We join in celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary and wish Singer Wunmi and Tunde Obe many more years of love, happiness, and shared adventures. #Happy25thWeddingAnniversary #TWOplus
