DSS Operatives Occupy Lagos Assembly [PHOTOS]

Some operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) have taken over the premises of the Lagos State House of Assembly where there is an ongoing protest by members of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC).

Photos online showed that the operatives were seen on the premises of the complex, as demonstrators gathered at the gate’s entrance.

This comes almost the same time angry protesters pulled down the gate of the National Assembly in Abuja to gain entrance into the complex.

Meanwhile, Kanyi Daily reported that the acting Inspector-General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun has ordered watertight security nationwide given the planned protest by the labour unions.

Spokesman, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi who disclosed this on Tuesday said the IG is deeply concerned about recent developments regarding the planned nationwide protests by the labour unions.
