Nollywood actor, Jerry Williams has appreciated all those who stood by him during the challenging phase of his career as the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) lifts his suspension.

KnayiDaily recalls that in June 2023, the AGN issued a statement confirming Jerry Williams’ indefinite suspension due to his involvement in drug usage.

AGN’s National President, Emeka Rollas said that they had been closely monitoring Jerry’s association with illicit substances since December, and the situation had escalated, leading to the decision.

As a precautionary measure to safeguard the well-being of other performers on set, Jerry was kept from associating with his fellow actors during his suspension period in order to prevent any potential harm.

However, in a recent video shared on his Instagram page, Jerry Williams couldn’t contain his joy and excitement as he shared the uplifting news of his suspension being lifted by the AGN.

The actor extended heartfelt appreciation to his rumored girlfriend and colleague, Destiny Etiko, the distinguished AGN President, Emeka Rollas, as well as his beloved family members and friends for their unwavering support throughout his journey to recovery.

Jerry Williams also expressed deep gratitude to his fans for their prayers and kind words. He pledged to make them proud as he returns to the movie set, ready to deliver exceptional performances that will leave them in awe.
