Former Benue LG Chairman Slumps And Dies Four Days After His Wife’s Death

Former chairman of Konshisha Local Government Area in Benue State, Moses Shirsha, has died just four days after losing his wife, Mercy Mngu.

It was gathered that his wife suddenly passed away on March 25, 2026.

While making arrangements for her burial, Moses reportedly collapsed and died in his village on March 29.

Both husband and wife are expected to be buried on the same day, Friday, April 10, 2026, in Mbaasuku, Mbator Gaav, Konshisha.
