“As U Dey Gather Disciples, No Forget Say Judas Betray Jesus” – Burna Boy

Nigerian Afrobeats singer, Burna Boy has made a statement cautioning individuals to be mindful of potential betrayal or deceit, even within circles of trust and followership.

In a post shared on his Twitter page, Burna Boy drew a parallel with the biblical narrative where Judas, one of Jesus’ disciples, betrayed him when he let his guard down.

He emphasized that as one gains followers or disciples, there is a need to be vigilant and mindful of the possibility of betrayal or disloyalty, just as Judas betrayed Jesus despite being part of his close circle.

Sharing a new photo of himself, the singer wrote: “As you dey gather disciples, nor forget say na still Judas loose guard Jesus”

KanyiDaily recalls that American rapper, Diddy recently said that he considers himself fortunate to have worked with Burna Boy, whom he describes as an “incredible talent.”
