Transfer deadline day: Arsenal lose two players to EPL rivals

On transfer deadline day, at least two Arsenal players joined other Premier League clubs.

Crystal Palace have signed defender Rob Holding to a three-year contract.

Holding, who has been at the club since 2016, will cost the Gunners £4 million.

Sambi Lokonga has also agreed to join Luton Town on a season-long loan.

Last season, the Belgian midfielder was on loan at Crystal Palace and did not appear for Arsenal.

Mikel Arteta will try to find a method to get rid of Cedric Soares and Nicolas Pepe before the transfer window closes.

Cedric and Pepe have been training independently of the first-team squad.
