“You Underestimated Mohbad’s Glory” – Yvonne Jegede Tackles Naira Marley And Sam Larry

Nollywood actress, Yvonne Jegede criticizes singer Naira Marley and his associate, Sam Larry, for the large crowd at candlelight procession of his late former signee, Mohbad.

KanyiDaily recalls that Mohbad died at the age of 27 under controversial circumstances on September 12, and was buried the following day in Lagos.

Following Mohbad’s death, Naira Marley and his close associate, Sam Larry, were accused of bullying and assaulting the late singer while he was alive.

Thousands of fans are protesting nationwide while demanding justice for Mohbad with some holding candlelight processions in his honour.

In a post shared on her Instagram page, Yvonne Jegede shared a video from the candlelight service while taking a swipe at Naira Marley and Sam Larry for underestimating Mohbad’s glory.

The actress accused Sam Larry of underestimating Mohbad’s influence and Naira Marley of being intoxicated with power and money, leading to DJ Splash’s current condition.

She said, “Sam Larry, you underestimated Imole’s glory, e shock you Abi? You thought he was an any that you could squash? You never see anything at all.

“Naira Marley, you overestimated yourself, take a look at DJ Splash’s present condition. How intoxicated did you get with power and money to subject people’s children to such?”.
