Joseph Aloba, accompanied by Mohbad’s mother and wife Omawunmi Aloba, arrived at the court on Wednesday for the committee report of the Corona inquest into Mohbad’s death.

Mohbad’s father shared how Wunmi allegedly occasionally mixed sleeping tablets into his late son’s food.
He expressed his lack of trust in his daughter-in-law and stated that his son had informed him of her infidelity.
Joseph explained, “I don’t trust his wife. My son told me she always put sleeping pills in his noodles and went to another room to sleep with another signee in the same house.”
Mr. Aloba also revealed that his late son”s property was under the control of his mother-in-law. He revealed that Mohbad often informed him about his possessions held by his wife and her family.
Mohbad’s father informed the Coroner, Magistrate Adedayo Shotobi, that he and his son had lived together for 18 years.
Joseph Aloba stated that he didn’t know the exact location where his late son was residing with Naira Marley, the late singer’s former boss.
