However, Naira Marley’s recent release has stirred controversy, drawing criticism for its timing and appropriateness in the aftermath of the unfortunate incident.
Taking to his Twitter page, Samklef slammed Naira Marley for dropping a song when Mohbad is yet to be buried, describing the new single as mere noise.
Expressing his frustration, Samklef also blamed the country’s justice system for the delayed proceedings regarding Mohbad’s death.
He wrote, “Dem never bury mohbad. Investigation still Dey on, you run go drop music wey Belike noise for my ear.
“I no blame you na the justice system wey no get head I blame. If to say naija na country you for get mind drop any jam for now? Last time I check naija na jungle sha. Enjoy o!”
