KanyiDaily recalls that DJ Chicken has been facing a social media backlash after making disrespectful statements about Wizkid and his late mother, Jane Dolapo.
In a series of TikTok videos, DJ Chicken criticized Wizkid’s music career, deeming it “dead” and expressing a wish for the singer to meet a fate similar to his late mother.
The derogatory remarks prompted Wizkid’s loyal fan base to reportedly mass-report DJ Chicken’s TikTok account, leading to its permanent suspension within 24 hours.
Reacting to the development, DJ Chicken threatened Wizkid in another video where he expressed more concern over the money he failed to withdraw from TikTok before his account was banned.
He said, “Those of you that reported my account will be unfortunate. I’m not pained, it’s only the money I made overnight that pained me. Let anything happen to my Instagram, I will show you all. If I lose my IG, I will make sure Wizkid lose his too.”
KanyiDaily recalls that DJ Chicken recently bragged that he no longer responds to messages from certain high-profile personalities like Davido, Naira Marley, and Broda Shagi.
