Davido added another feather to his cap by achieving the remarkable feat of shutting down the iconic O2 Arena in London, joining the exclusive league of Nigerian artists who have accomplished this multiple times.
Online footage depicts the 20,000-capacity venue bursting at the seams as enthusiastic Londoners flocked to witness Davido’s performance.
Davido gave upcoming singers such as Logo Olori, Picasso, and Moravvey, the opportunity of a lifetime to showcase their skills before the massive audience.
In addition to these emerging artists, Davido also shared the stage with popular singer, Kizz Daniel and the five-time Grammy award winner, Angelique Kidjo.
Captivating videos showed the moment Kizz Daniel joined Davido in electrifying performance of their collaborative song, “Twe Twe.”
The concert took an even more spectacular turn as Davido was joined on stage by Angelique Kidjo and Cavemen for a rendition of their collaborative track, “Na Money.”
The collaborative efforts and star-studded appearances solidified the O2 Arena concert as a monumental success in Davido’s illustrious career.
The concert on January 28th was the third time Davido sold out the O2 Arena in London. The first two times were in 2019 and 2022.
