Nigerian Influencer, Gift Camille, popularly known as Cute Gemini, has broken her silence following recent allegations by her ex-boyfriend, Lil Frosh.

In 2020, Lil Frosh faced accusations of assault from Gift Camille who also shared photos of her bruised face, leading to legal action and subsequent termination of his contract by Davido Music Worldwide (DMW).

However, in 2022, Gift Camille withdrew the case after reaching an out-of-court settlement with Lil Frosh, claiming that she had forgiven him.

Fast forward to January 27, 2024, Lil Frosh took to Instagram to refute the assault allegations, stating that he had only slapped Gift Camille because she disrespected his mother, expressing remorse for his action.

The singer claimed that the influencer falsely accused him of assault with photos of her swollen face which was an allergic reaction to food.

He also shared screenshots of their conversation where she pleaded for them to reconcile following the downturn of his music career.

In the leaked chats, Cute Gemini stressed her willingness to take any necessary steps to mend their relationship, expressing regret that the situation escalated beyond her expectations.

Reacting to Lil Frosh’s claims, Cute Gemini insisted that the swelling on her face was a result of maltreatment rather than an allergy, and contradicted the singer’s claim that she had urged him to make up.

In a video shared on her Instagram page alongside images of her bruises, Cute Gemini accused Lil Frosh of lying against her.

She apologized to those she may have disappointed and clarified that she had never disrespected Lil Frosh’s mother.

Gift emphasized that the only interaction she had with Lil Frosh’s mother was when she came to plead on his behalf.

The influencer claimed that Lil Frosh had been persistently contacting her, and she provided audio messages as evidence of his threats against her friends, highlighting his aggressive behavior.

Cute Gemini further attributed the swelling on her face to internal bleeding resulting from the assault she endured.
