Yesufu’s statement came after a tweet by Tinubu on Twitter in 2013, where he asserted that leaders who honor Nelson Mandela but lack his discipline and moral fortitude hinder their people and bring ridicule to Africa
Yesufu retrieved the post and shared it on X with her post that read: “Another day to remind you that Bola Tinubu has made Nigeria and Africa a laughing stock.”
The social critic has recently launched numerous attacks and criticisms against Tinubu’s administration due to the worsening hardship and insecurity in the country.
Yesufu also recently conveyed that she harbored no fear for her life despite her opposition to the current administration.
She emphasized her determination to continue criticizing Tinubu’s government for the escalating economic hardships and deteriorating insecurity in the country, pointing out that Tinubu had similarly criticized in the past.
Kanyi Daily recalls that Nigerian Activist, Aisha Yesufu had expressed her disappointment regarding a viral video depicting Muslims scavenging for leftover food in public.
