Couples Arrested for Engaging in Sexual Activity Inside Borno Church

The police in Borno State arrested two couples for engaging in sexual activity inside the All Saints Protestant Church at the Police College in Maiduguri, the capital of the northeast state.

The couple, known as Kaka Ali Umar of Damboa Road and Khadija Adam of Ngomari area, Maiduguri, were apprehended in the act on Monday, February 12, 2024, at about 11:40 am. Rev. Danjuma Adamu informed the police that they were having sex right inside his church when they were caught.

Khadija confessed that Kaka Ali had paid her N1,000 for a short encounter.
Both suspects have been detained awaiting further investigation.
