Nollywood actress, Uche Elendu has asked a thought-provoking question about the societal perception of young men marrying single mothers.

In a post shared on her Instagram page, Uche Elendu inquired whether parents would support their young, rich, and educated sons in marrying single mothers.

She wrote, “As a parent, would you support your son, who is young, rich, educated, never married, no child, to marry a single mother who is a divorcee with one or more kids? Be sincere with your response, please.”

The actress emphasized on the sensitivity of the topic and urged participants to consider the element of love and to justify their stance.

“This is a very sensitive topic… remember LOVE is involved however defend your decision 🙏,” Uche Elendu concluded.
