During his performance at the Afronation Festival in Portugal, Ruger asked the audience if they believed he was ready for marriage, but they responded with doubt.
The singer, however, remained firm, stating he has changed and is now prepared for marriage.
“I think I’m ready for marriage. I am a changed man now,” he declared.
This announcement follows Ruger’s earlier claim that he could love multiple women at once and that he falls in love easily when given gifts and compliments.
