“Rest For Christ’s Sake, Lies Upon Lies, I Pray You Find Peace” – Jude Ighalo Replies Ex-Wife Sonia

Footballer Jude Ighalo has seemingly responded to his ex-wife, Sonia Adesuwa, after she reacted to rumors about him expecting a child with his fiancée.

Social media recently buzzed with rumors that Jude Ighalo is expecting a baby with his so-called “fiancée.”

Sonia Adesuwa addressed the speculation on her Instagram story, laughing off the claims and playing Davido’s song “Unavailable” for those suggesting she might be troubled by the news.

Sonia, who is the mother of Ighalo’s three children, noted that she was occupied with a campaign tour but assured her followers that she would return before any baby naming ceremony.

In response on his Instagram stories, Ighalo posted a photo of himself with the caption, “I would be obsessed too.”

The footballer then shared a video of a speaker discussing how everyone will eventually let you down, using Jesus Christ’s betrayal as an example.

Ighalo added text to the video, urging for rest and peace, noting that even the devil rests.

He emphasized being too busy with his own life to be concerned with false claims.

Rest naaa for Christ sake. Even the devil dey rest sometimes. Lies upon lies upon lies everyday hmmm. But I dey too busy dey look my daily bread to stress about irrelevant things. I pray you find peace,” Jude Ighalo wrote.

KanyiDaily recalls that Sonia Ighalo recently dismissed report that she’s trying to reconcile with Jude Ighalo, stressing that they’ve moved on and are no longer affected by family.
