Wizkid, who is preparing to release his first single from his upcoming album *Morayo*, has been throwing release parties in cities like Paris and London. Despite being busy with these events, he found time for some drama on Twitter.
On Tuesday night, Davido’s creative director and close friend, Tycoone shared a tweet, which many interpreted as a subtle shot at Wizkid.
“Tell your Daddy to drop na,” Tycoone wrote reigniting the feud between their camps.
Wizkid responded by retweeting the post and followed it up with a series of tweets aimed at Davido. One of his tweets, “P***y boys dropping mids again!” was widely seen as a dig at Davido’s new song.
He didn’t stop there. Wizkid also tweeted “Frogido,” a reference to Davido’s voice, which has been the subject of their past online feuds.
Also, Wizkid directly insulted Davido, calling him “wack” and claiming he had no talent.
Wizkid took things a step further by criticizing Davido’s entire discography. He dismissed all of Davido’s 80 albums as “trash,” boldly claiming that his own body of work features far better songs.
As tensions continue to rise, the idea of the two artists working together on a song or going on tour seems more distant than ever. Fans who hoped for a collaboration may have to put that dream to rest.
KanyiDaily recalls that Davido and Wizkid recently dragged each other on social media after Wizkid shared the viral video of Davido begging an American model on his knees.
