The dispute between the two started when Burna Boy referred to Cubana Chief Priest as the “Owerri Rick Ross” in an Instagram story. This sparked weeks of online back-and-forth between them.
On Friday, Cubana called Burna “childish” after sharing a video of someone driving through his Ikoyi neighborhood in Lagos.
The video, reposted by Burna Boy, featured a person listening to his song *Bundle By Bundle* while driving, accompanied by an eye emoji.
Cubana Chief Priest interpreted this as a surveillance attempt on his home and issued a warning to Burna Boy.
He accused the artist of potentially planning harm against him or his family and advised him to steer clear.
“This na my neighborhood for Ikoyi you drive pass my crib recording with eye symbol, you are watching me to shoot me a bit or abduct my family.
“This is childish, dog wey dey bite no dey bark. I be Aba boy, we fight to finish.
“All your men shall fall that day if you cross my lane. Make sha nothing happens to my family. Na Ikoyi be this here no be Ikate.
“@nigerianpoliceforce already have the intel so I’m ready,” he wrote.
KanyiDaily recalls that Cubana Chief Priest, a close friend of Davido, recently dismissed any suggestions that they are in competition with others in the music industry.
