Popular Musician, Mukaila Senwele Is Dead

Mukaila Senwele, a Lagos-based comic musician originally from Ilorin, has passed away.

A family source confirmed that Mukaila Senwele, who was from Ilorin West Local Government Area in Kwara State, died unexpectedly on Friday night.

Senwele was best known for his signature phrase, “Koni da fun ebo to se Costay.” His distinctive performances and entertaining style made him a favorite among socialites and fans alike.

Speaking to ROYAL NEWS, a family member revealed that he showed no signs of illness before his sudden death.

“There was no indication of sickness. He spent the day with his fans and even promised to visit the family house (Ile Esinrogunjo) later in the evening,” the source shared.

Reports reveal that the family received an urgent call from the place where Senwele had been with his fans.

Upon arrival, my elder brother (name withheld) and others attempted to rush him to the hospital, but we lost Mukaila to the cold hands of death,” the source explained.

It was gathered that Mukaila Senwele will be buried on Saturday morning.

KanyiDaily also reported that Jeremiah Useni, a former Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and retired army officer, died on Thursday.
