Teyana Taylor Finalizes Multi-Million Dollar Divorce Settlement With Iman Shumpert

American singer Teyana Taylor has finalized her divorce with NBA player Iman Shumpert, and the details of their settlement are turning heads due to the high-value assets involved.

The couple, who separated in 2023 after years of marriage, reached a legal agreement in June 2024.

As part of the settlement, Teyana Taylor will receive four luxury properties worth over $10 million, a one-time seven-figure payout, and several high-end vehicles, including a $300,000 Maybach, a $70,000 Mercedes Sprinter, and a tour bus. She will also retain full ownership of her businesses.

In addition, Iman Shumpert will pay $8,000 per month in child support for their two daughters and cover their private school tuition. While specific custody arrangements haven’t been made public, reports suggest the former couple will continue co-parenting.

Despite their split, Taylor has maintained a positive relationship with Shumpert, making it clear that infidelity was not a factor in their breakup.

In a previous Instagram post, she confirmed their separation, stating, “In all fairness, Iman and I are separated and have been for a while. To be 1000% clear, ‘infidelity’ ain’t one of the reasons for our departure.”

She also reassured fans that they remain friends and strong co-parents saying, “We are still the best of friends, great business partners, and are one hell of a team when it comes to co-parenting our two beautiful children.”

This settlement secures Teyana Taylor’s financial future and ensures stability for their children.

Meanwhile, Iman Shumpert, a former NBA player, is adjusting to his new financial responsibilities.

Beyond the legal proceedings, Taylor seems to have moved forward in her personal life, recently sparking dating rumors after attending the Oscars with actor Aaron Pierre.

KanyiDaily recalls that in 2023, Chris Brown got into a fight with Usher Raymond over Teyana Taylor, during his birthday bash in Las Vegas.
