Jumoke George’s Missing Daughter, Adeola Found Stranded In Mali [Video]

Nollywood actress Biola Bayo has shared a positive update regarding the search for Adeola, the 41-year-old daughter of veteran actress Jumoke George, who had been missing for four years.

This comes after Jumoke George emotionally revealed during an interview with Biola that her daughter had disappeared and hadn’t contacted any family member.

On Wednesday, Biola Bayo shared a video on her Instagram page, confirming that Adeola has been found in Mali.

While she hasn’t yet reached out directly to her mother, it’s been confirmed that she is alive and currently receiving medical care.

Biola wrote: “UPDATE! Adeola has been spotted in Mali. Though she hasn’t spoken with her mom yet, please tell her to call her. She’s currently in the hospital, but she will be happy to speak with her at least. I’ve tried calling her, but she has not been picking up anyone’s calls, and her mom is really worried.”

The actress added that the Child Rights Campaign (CRC) tracked down Adeola and verified her identity.

Reports indicate Adeola left Nigeria in search of a better life and, despite her current situation, is alive and pushing forward with her dreams.

In another post, Biola shared a voice message with Adeola, who explained she lost her phone and got stuck in Mali due to violence involving military forces and Boko Haram militants.

She said the conflict left many people dead and that she has been stranded without any travel documents to return home.

Biola captioned the post: “I finally got to speak with Adeola and this is what she said. She hasn’t called her mom but mom is happy she’s alive.

“@jumoke_george is currently at a state hospital in Lagos, hopefully she’ll be discharged or admitted after all her medical tests and reports, not sure yet.

“Thank you to everyone for the support….The love has been massive. I’m indeed grateful to you all🙏🙏🙏.”
