Nkechi Blessing Fires Back At VeryDarkMan For Mocking Her Gym Photo [Video]

Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing Sunday has fired back at social critic VeryDarkMan after he mocked her over a gym photo that was leaked online.

KanyiDaily recalls that Nkechi Blessing recently slammed a gym-goer for secretly taking her picture and sharing it online without her permission.

Reacting in a video shared on his Instagram page, VeryDarkMan described the leak as “karma” and offered ₦500,000 to whoever took the picture.

He reminded viewers that Nkechi once insulted him online in 2023 and accused her of double standards for bodyshaming another woman that year.

VeryDarkMan also accused Nkechi of using heavy filters on her social media images, saying she appears very different without them.

He urged the person who snapped the gym photo to contact him so they could claim the cash reward.

“I have ₦500,000 for the person that snapped Nkechi’s picture at the gym. In 2023, she called me an animal and said I lived in a rat house. Thank God I don’t live in a rat house anymore,” he partly said.

“You were cursing the person that snapped the picture. Was it not you that posted the picture of a lady in 2023 and called her a walking infection? It is karma that is dealing with you.

“If you have been showing the social media your real self, you will not be mad that someone took your picture. Nobody can take my picture and put it online. I always show my real self. You look like Beyoncé on social media with filter, but when the filter is gone, you look like you.”

Nkechi replied on her Instagram Story with a series of angry posts, accusing VeryDarkMan and his followers of trying to drive her into depression.

The actress dismissed him and his supporters with harsh language, called them nuisances, and warned they would face spiritual consequences.

She argued that online critics often ignore context and only amplify moments that embarrass public figures. Nkechi said she would not tolerate repeated public attacks and accused her detractors of selective outrage.

She also rejected the attempt to shame her, saying it was better for her “belly” to trend than her private parts, and blamed past critics for giving VeryDarkMan attention and relevance.

She said partly, “Shameless preek seller sef want talk no worry you go do more videos soon!!! Atleast na my belle Dey trend not my private part… Thief! And d so called RATS, ask una president who give am.

“Relevance in 2023…Bunch of Nuisances!!! Be like una think say I Dey fear all of una…e no go better for una full generation join together!!! Send Nechi to depression? Your father…100 million of you put together no reach..una don baff? VDM take my name out of your mouth,l don ignore you reach… Avoid me… Avoid me oooo, Avoid me VDM Avoid me!!!”
