Enugu State Governor, Peter Mbah, has officially dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and joined the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Peter Mbah announced his defection on Tuesday during a press conference held in Enugu, the state capital.

According to hin, the move was motivated by his desire to better serve the people of Enugu and to align with the APC’s vision for development and progress.

He explained that his decision followed careful consideration and that he believes the APC provides a stronger platform for cooperation and the advancement of the state’s goals.

Today, after a long period of reflection, we have decided to leave the PDP and join the APC,” Mbah said.
