“Worst Form Of Injustice” – Mercy Johnson Reacts To Arrest Of Regina Daniels’ Brother, Sammy West

Nollywood Actress Mercy Johnson has demanded the immediate release of Samuel Ojeagwu, the brother of her colleague Regina Daniels, who was reportedly arrested on the orders of Senator Ned Nwoko.

KanyiDaily recalls that Samuel, popularly known as “Sammy,” was taken into custody without any clear explanation or formal charges.

The incident comes amid reports of serious trouble in Regina Daniels’ marriage to Ned Nwoko, with allegations of domestic abuse and substance use stirring public concern.

Reacting on her Instagram story, Mercy Johnson voiced her frustration over Samuel’s arrest, noting that he has been held for more than 48 hours without access to his family or visitors.

The actress criticized the “pretended justice,” questioning the legality and fairness of the young man’s detention and arraignment in court.

She wrote, “The worst form of injustice is pretended justice. A child was arrested, no one can or has been allowed to see him for 2 days, he was flown from Lagos to Abuja and is allegedly being taken to court from the airport…how did we get here? Nigeria…wow #whereissamuel #freesamuelojeagwu.”

KanyiDaily recalls that Regina Daniels recently vowed to fight for custody of her children and raise them amid growing marital crisis with Senator Ned Nwoko.
