It was gathered that Porsha Williams will retain the Atlanta property they previously shared.
Court documents show that Simon Guobadia has transferred his ownership interest in the home to Williams through a quitclaim deed.
As part of the settlement, Williams will also receive $1,568,181.63 from Guobadia’s share of the property’s equity.
He has additionally agreed to hand over ownership of his 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost to the former reality TV star.
The agreement gives Williams full control over the property.
She can refinance or sell the home without needing approval or involvement from Guobadia or an arbitrator, as long as the transaction is considered commercially reasonable.
The former couple confirmed the terms of their agreement under oath during a court hearing on August 5.
They told the judge that the settlement had resolved the outstanding issues in their divorce.
Williams also stated in court documents that Guobadia had already accepted the terms contained in the consent order.
Williams and Guobadia got married in November 2022, but their marriage lasted about 15 months before Williams filed for divorce in February 2024.
The latest agreement settles major financial and property matters between the former couple and moves their divorce dispute closer to a final resolution.
