APC Governorship Candidate Bola Oyebamiji Cast Vote In Osun Election

The All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate Bola Oyebamiji has voted in the ongoing Osun State governorship election.

Oyebamiji and his wife were accredited at Ward 9, Polling Unit 011, in the Gantry Area of Ikire, Irewole Local Government Area, where they cast their ballots.

The election is being conducted across all 30 local government areas of Osun State, with voters choosing the governor who will serve for the next four years.

Meanwhile, allegations of vote buying were reported at AUD Primary School in Atile, Ikire.

Agents linked to the Accord Party and APC were reportedly seen around the polling units, monitoring voters and observing the voting process.

According to observations from the polling area, some voters were allegedly given tags after casting their ballots.

The tags were reportedly to be used to collect money at another location.

An Accord Party agent, Ajayi Ayodele, accused APC agents of gathering close to the polling booths to monitor how voters cast their ballots.

However, the report also alleged that Accord Party agents were involved in similar activities.

One of the party’s agents was reportedly seen directing voters to another location after voting, where they could collect money.
