Tinubu Begins Three-Week Vacation In Europe, Heads To London Today

President Bola Tinubu will begin a three-week vacation on Sunday, August 30, 2026.

This was disclosed in a statement issued by Bayo Onanuga, the original Special Adviser Information and Strategy to the president.

Onanuga said the president will leave Abuja later today for Europe, where he will spend the period on what the presidency described as a “working vacation.”

“His first stop will be London, United Kingdom,” the presidential spokesperson said.

“President Tinubu is expected to return home after the working vacation to join the hectic campaign for the January 2027 election.”
