A French court has ruled that French Closer magazine cannot publish any further topless photographs of Kate Middleton, following it’s spread in last Friday’s edition and has to hand over all digital copies of the images in question.
According to the Telegraph the court had ruled that no further images can be published, including it’s website in addition to the 14 snaps splashed across the pages of the French tabloid last week.
Closer magazine was fined 2600 dollars and they will be fined another 10,000 dollars if they dont hand over the pictures or keep publishing it.
