Remembering Goldie: It’s A Year Today Since She Departed This World, RIP Goldie Harvey
Today last year evening, it started as a rumour that Goldie was dead. President of Kennis Music, Keke Ogungbe later released a press statement confirming her death
The 31-year-old Pop singer, a former Big Brother housemate had arrived the country from the United States, where she had attended the then just concluded Grammy Awards.
She was reported to have slumped and rushed to Reddington Hospital in Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. Where she eventually passed on and was pronounced dead; February 14th 2013.
It was later reported that she died from Deep vein thrombosis resulting In pulmonary Embolism but Autopsy report revealed she died of Hypertension.
