Chris Brown Receives Backlash For Tweeting ”EBOLA VIRUS Is To Control A Certain Population”

Chris Brown is receiving plenty of criticism for basically blaming American government for bringing EBOLA VIRUS to America to control a certain race of people.

Although many feel the same way about the deadly virus, Chris Brown may not be the guy who needs to spread the message given his past history. The singer took to Twitter to express his thoughts on the epidemic that has taken the lives of thousands.
