Controversial Ghanaian media personality, Afia Schwarzenegger claims to describe a woman as an “Ashawo” in 2019, mean she’s a very successful, hardworking entrepreneur.
Afia Schwarzenegger was probably making reference to men who always insult women with the catchphrase ‘Ashawo‘ which literally translates as a prostitute.
In an Instagram post, she asked men to come up with more creative insults because Ashawo no longer stings.
“Ashawo in 2019 means : congratulations you are a very successful hard working female entrepreneur !!!!
“Guys pls be creative n come up with another insult wae ….hahahahahaha hahahahahahahahahahahaha……Your Mother!!!!!”
