A physically challenged man was caught on CCTV camera stealing a lady’s phone at the Rangla Punjab restaurant in Victoria Island, Lagos State.
In the now viral video, the man was seen standing alone and pressing his phone so innocently by the corner that no one suspected a foul play from him.
All of a sudden, he reaches out and picks a phone on a table behind him while no one was watching and then casually walks out as if nothing happened.
