Davido Finally Reveals Why He Decided To Help Cynthia Morgan After She Insulted Him Years Back

Popular Nigerian singer, Davido has finally opened up on why he decided to extend a helping hand to embittered Dancehall songstress, Cynthia Morgan.

KanyiDaily recalls that Cynthia Morgan had narrated how she “lost everything” associated with her music career to Jude Okoye due to the contract she signed with his record label ‘Northside Music Group’.

The singer, who is currently based in Benin due to her problems, also revealed that she doesn’t have access to her Instagram and VeVo account anymore; she suffered so much losses and has been battling depression ever since.

Following Cynthia Morgan’s revelation, Davido offered to help her despite dissing him and calling him a ‘fvck boy’ back in 2016.

Davido’s gesture sparked a lot of reactions on social media as some accused him of being a ‘clout chaser.’

However, the singer took to his Twitter page on Monday to react to the backlash over his decision to help Cynthia Morgan. He wrote:

“Most important thing is that she has spoken and people are willing to help, and she will be able to rewrite her steps and have another chance. That’s all that matters.”

Meanwhile, Sterling Bank PLC has offered to help Cynthia Morgan get back on her feet again. The bank said it would like to work with her for its One Bank’ campaign.
