LUTH Hospital Allegedly Forces Nursing Mothers And Their New Born Babies To Sleep Outside On Bare Floor [Video]

The management of Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) has been accused of evicting nursing mothers from the hospital lodge without prior notice.

In a video circulating on the social media, a lady could be heard saying that new babies and their mums were sent out of the wards and forced to sleep outside on the walk way of the hospital without proper care and attention.

In the viral video, the mothers were seen lying on the floor with their new borns right outside despite paying for the hospital lodge on a daily basis to stay and watch over their babies.

The lady, who decried the inhuman treatment melted on nursing mothers, called on the Lagos State Government and the Federal Government to look into the matter and come to the aid of the patients.

KanyiDaily had also reported how LUTH sent a man named Emmanuel Benson away from the government-owned hospital after he tested positive for coronavirus.
