“Buy Him Grass, If He Buys You Flowers For Valentine’s Day” – Cardi B Advises Women

Popular American rapper, Cardi B has sparked controversy on the social media with her opinion that “men deserve less expensive gifts than women” on Valentine’s Day.

In a post shared on her Twitter page, Cardi B said although men deserve to receive gifts on Valentine’s Day, women need to make sure that whatever they buy for their men should be “less expensive” than what they received.

She went on to give an example saying that if their partners gifts them flowers on lovers day, they should return the favour by buying him ‘grass.’

“Yes ! Men do deserve to get gift as well for Valentine’s Day, but the gift have to be less expensive than the girls gift . Soo if he buys you flowers you buy him grass.”

KanyiDaily recalls that Cardi B had narrated how she was sexually assaulted during a photoshoot by a photographer who was attempting to coerce her into exchanging sex for coverage in a magazine.
