A 35-year-old Chadian, Adama Uomar Issa, who sells narcotics to the Boko Haram insurgents has been arrested by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).

Speaking in Abuja on Thursday, NDLEA Spokesman, Femi Babafemi said the Chadian was arrested with 21.70Kg of Tramadol 225mg and 250mg on Wednesday, 31st March in Jalingo, Taraba State.

Babafemi also revealed that 15.7Kg of Exol.5; 100,050 France CAF and N61, 000 were seized form the suspect during his arrest.

He quoted the Commander, Taraba State Command of the NDLEA, Suleiman Jadi, as saying that the suspect speaks only French and Arabic and claims he was taking the illicit substances to Chad Republic before he was intercepted in Jalingo.
