Nigerian sex therapist, Jaruma has taken to social media to boast about being the next Nigerian President after a N10 million deal landed her in police detention in Abuja.
In a video shared on her Instagram page, the businesswoman spoke from detention, saying she was arrested because she paid N10m to someone and the person didn’t do the job she paid for.
Jaruma suggested that the person is using police influence to arrest, detain and intimidate her when she simply wants to defend herself and claim what is rightfully hers.
She said, “I’ve suffered. I don’t understand how someone will abuse (insult) you. And then you abuse the person back. But they will now use the Nigerian police to bully, intimidate, and silence you.
“You take someone’s land or plantation. They complain. But you send the police to arrest and put the person in prison. I paid N10 million for a job that wasn’t done. I complained and my own landed.
“How many Nigerian youths do you want to put in prison? When people Google your name, only the list of Nigerian youths you’ve put in prison comes up. Who will now vote for you?”
Towards the end of the video, Jaruma noted that her experience was only a pattern through which she’d become the next President of Nigeria.
According to her, former President Olusegun Obasanjo and the current President Muhammadu Buhari were in prison before becoming president.
She said, “The only thing I have to say about this is that President Obasanjo was in prison. He came out of prison and he became president. President Buhari was in prison and he came out of prison and became president.
“For this, you know who your next president of Nigeria is going to be. Your girl, Jaruma. It’s a pattern and that has been the cause. This must happen to you and then you become president in Nigeria.”
She captioned the video, “Jaruma live broadcast from Ningi Village Prison. It’s only two minutes. Please endeavor to watch till the end.
“Obasanjo prison = PRESIDENT. Buhari prison = PRESIDENT. Jaruma prison = FIRST FEMALE PRESIDENT OF NIGERIA INSHAALLAH (sic).
“Dear friends, apologise anytime you are wrong but if you are right, do not be intimidated. Stand and fight for your right.”
Although Jaruma didn’t mention any names in her video, it may not be unconnected to the recent rift with the Nigerian politician and businessman, Ned Nwoko, and his actress wife, Regina Daniels.
