Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello has paid glowing tributes to Governor Nyesom Wike on the occasion of his 55th birthday anniversary.

Wike clocked 55 years of age on Tuesday, December 13th.

Taking to his official Twitter handle to celebrate the Rivers governor, Bello described Wike as a “man of courage and brutal candour.”

The Kogi governor further described Wike as “a leader with confirmed good Governance credentials, especially the huge infrastructural footprints in Rivers State.”

Continuing in pidgin, Governor Bello then joked at Wike, telling him that since he has performed so well, all that is left to make him complete is to join the All Progressives Congress (APC). Wike is a staunch member of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

In his tweet, Bello accompanied it with a video of his meeting with Wike.

The Kogi governor wrote, “Dear Gov. @GovWike, Happy Birthday to a Man of courage and brutal candour, a leader with confirmed good Governance credentials, especially the huge infrastructural footprints in Rivers State.

Meanwhile, Kanyi Daily reported that the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar had wished Wike a happy birthday and prayed that “May lines fall in pleasant places for you.”
