The gunmen also kidnapped one person in the process.

The attack is said to have left the community in total confusion.

Reports say a resident of the community who pleaded anonymity said the gunmen stormed the area on Saturday night and shot sporadically into the air to scare residents away before carrying out their nefarious act.

According to the resident, the hoodlums kidnapped one Mr. Daniel and killed the hamlet head of the area while four others were also killed in the process.

Another resident of the area, Manasseh Danladi, also confirmed the incident.

He said, “Yes, the incident is true. On Saturday, some people came to our village and killed my uncle with four others while Mr. Daniel was taken away.”

This is a developing story as more details will be added soon.

Meanwhile, Kanyi Daily reported that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle, may not join the rest of the family to appear on the Buckingham Palace balcony on the day of King Charles III’s coronation, according to royal insiders.
