Yetunde Akilapa was apprehended by an irate mob and found with several types of keys to illegally access her victims.

A lady on Twitter Noor, described how she got back home and discovered the actress in her flat with her possessions, including wigs and gold jewelry.
Noor also disclosed that Akilapa was found with so many keys in her possession after a curious netizen asked how she gained access.
In February 2013, she was arrested for robbery by the police in Alade, in the Somolu area of Lagos State. She was sent to the Kirikiri prison and regained her freedom after a few months.
In 2015, she was arrested for breaking into a beauty lounge with a master key after closing hours in Yaba.
Then in 2018, the actress was arrested for trying to gain unlawful access into a house in Magodo, Shangisha area of Lagos State.

Four years ago, she was beaten to a coma for a similar offense.
